Ready Brek chocolate & banana smoothie

Ready Bear goes bananas for this simple-to-make and deliciously satisfying smoothie. With one of your five a day, it's an easy way to get a super-tasty energy boost, especially when served cold straight from the fridge.

Ingredients

Makes 300ml/½ pint - 1x large tumblers

  • 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ready Brek Chocolate
  • 150ml/¼ pint semi-skimmed milk or milk of your choice (fortified unsweetened soya milk or fortified unsweetened almond milk work well)

Method

  1. Put the banana into the blender or juicer
  2. Sprinkle over the Ready Brek Chocolate
  3. Then pour in the milk
  4. Blitz until blended
  5. Pour into tumblers and serve straight away or refrigerate and serve cold.
